Oops. It’s been a month since we successfully completed our IndieGoGo crowd funding campaign (Whooo HOOOoooo). We have updated the Facebook page, the project website, www.citywildthemovie.com, on twitter , on our own facebook pages so that was everywhere right, except here, the company website, hence the oops.

So how did it go, you ask? Well, it went great, It was a lot of hard work and you can read all about it in the articles Leticia wrote for Film Ireland’s Blog here; City Wild – Adventures in Crowdfunding Part 1 & City Wild – Adventures in Crowdfunding Part 2.

So what is Whackala up to now? We are in the midst of editing, (well Letica is), all the footage from City Wild. We have been organizing the picnic Perk in conjunction with Sarah from Home Organics, which is going to be great fun, all of you who picked the picnic perk and who got the upgrade will be notified individually with plenty of notice of the final date.We are working on new show ideas, preparing for this years trip to MIPCOM, new adventures to be had in Cannes. We are also finalizing the Forty Foot swimmers’ charity calendar for Action Breast Cancer, which will be launched in the Autumn. Is there any wonder that we forgot to update this page, we have been really busy after all. (we did squeeze in a little holiday in there as well, Donegal is lovely this time of year.)

Thanks for checking in, and check back soon, I promise we won’t leave it as long next time. Unless we’re really busy that is.
